  2. I bought this book from Amazon in early January ‘08 to help me kick off the New Year. It’s mid-February, I’m now on Day 19 of the cleanse, and have lost 21 pounds. My energy level is returning to what it was years ago. I have used Peter’s book in conjunction with his CD “The Lemonade Diet” and would recommend both; it was nice listening to the CD while driving or at work on the computer. The CD is a compliment to the book, but it is not the same as the book which is why I got both of them. The book is a fairly comprehensive look at what is involved in “doing” this particular body cleanse – how toxins effect our bodies, detox symptoms, body reactions, mental-emotional-spiritual outcomes and more are all discussed. If you have ever considered a body cleanse this may just be the one for you! Give it a try. What have you got to lose? Turns out I had at least 21 pounds (and counting) to get rid of. As the title of the book says… you will lose weight, have more energy, and be happier in 10 days. Highly recommended.
